Lisa Mason

Lisa is a credible Leadership Coach with over 25 years in operational and executive roles in the Australian Oil Industry. She has a plenty of real world leadership experience and a practical and pragmatic approach to her coaching.
Throughout her whole career Lisa has a track record of delivering projects and change programs that shift the organisations’ people and performance. She has lead, mentored and coached her teams delivering sustainable and effective management systems, improvements in operating areas and significant cost reductions. With a strong operations and engineering background, she establishes relationships and credibility across all levels of the business from the shop floor to the Board room.
Lisa is passionate about helping people achieve their potential and brings practicality and credibility to her coaching for people working in Operational, Engineering and Health and Safety roles.
She will help you

Lisa has a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering, A Master of Business Administration and a Diploma of Leadership Coaching.
